A THREE year Anti-Social Behaviour Order (ASBO) has been given to a man from Stevenage.
The order was granted at Stevenage Magistrates' Court last week to 40-year-old Michael Rowe, of Ripon Road.
His prohibitions include not to enter any retail outlets in Stevenage town centre, the Roaring Meg Retail Park, Somerfields at The Oval and the Total Garage in Bradman Way.
Pc Dan Reid, anti-social behaviour officer for Stevenage, said: "Michael Rowe was previously issued with an Anti-Social Behaviour Order between 2006 and 2008. It was felt that a new ASBO was required to restrict his offending behaviour as it continued following the expiration of the previous order.
