The artefacts salvaged from the demise of the old Shefford Blacksmith's Shop still have no permanent home. Temporary storage has generously been given, now nearly two years by Graham Parrish, who now needs his facilities for development. Odd items have been suggested by some bodies, as usable in their plans, though the bulk is deteriorating further, unmaintained. Can anyone help with ideas and somewhere it can be cared for. Please contact Cyril or Audrey White on 01462 812083 for details. The old Shefford Pump Trough, too is seeking a home, this has been suggested as on a site near the town sign, to be filled with soil and planted with flowers, any offers?
