A SECOND man has been charged with murder after the death of a 26-year-old on Wednesday last week.
Marcin Skibicki, 28, from Luton, was arrested this Wednesday and has been charged with the murder of Jaroslaw Kowalski.
Mr Kowalski was found with serious head injuries at a property on Vardon Road in Stevenage at about 5.30pm on Wednesday, July 29. He was taken to Lister Hospital, where he later died.
Mr Skibicki is due to appear at Hatfield Magistrates Court this morning (Friday).
Pawel Pilipow, 25, of Rye Close in Stevenage, was arrested on Saturday and was also charged with murder. He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Luton Crown Court on August 18.
