To whom it may concern. There are no niceties with this letter - keep your hands of Hertfordshire countryside.
If you wait for a few months you will have plenty of brown land to build on because Vauxhalls will be gone so you can build away, or you could go into many "ONCE" nice areas, knock down dirty filthy streets of houses and old industrial buildings, e.g leagrave road. Luton needs to be demolished and rebuilt, but not on Hertfordshire Green Belt.
I could go on and on in great detail, but I just needed to say KEEP THE GREEN BELT GREEN.
