Schools treated to Chipmunk and Diversity in free rock concert

TWO schools in Comet country were invited to a free end-of-term charity concert which featured headline acts Tinchy Stryder, Chipmunk and Diversity.

Hitchin Boys School and Nobel School, Stevenage, were selected to attend the star studded Rock Assembly at London’s O2 Arena.

It was hosted by the Transformation Trust, a charity which aims help schools change the lives of their pupils and attracted over 14,000 pupils and teachers.

The More Th<n sponsored event also included a talk from financial expert Martin Lewis, who gave advice about student finance and told students that higher education was still a possibility in the current economic climate.

More Th<n’s chief marketing officer Peter Markey said: “We are delighted to be working with the Transformation Trust to support Rock Assembly.

“We are committed to doing the right thing and supporting local communities”.
