A SCHOOL for children with special needs will reopen today (Wednesday) after being closed to pupils for three days due to health and safety reasons.
The new term at The Valley School in Stevenage did not start as scheduled on Friday. David Harrison, headteacher, explained: "Due to some building work being done in the school the fire evacuation route was not complete, but the school will be up and running again today.
