SBC: Labour hold Stevenage’s Bandley Hill, Old Town, Roebuck and Symonds Green

LABOUR has retained their seats in Bandley Hill, Old Town, Roebuck and Symonds Green.

Hugh Tessier, replacing out-going Stevenage Mayor Cllr Michael Downing in the Old Town ward faced the closest contest with just under a 300 vote majority over Conservative candidate Catherine Bibby.
