The Hitchin and Letchworth branch is organising a coach trip to Lynford Arboretum & Ouse Washes RSPB this Sunday. Visitors will be on the look-out for hawfinch and the lesser spotted woodpeckers, in contrast to the stark fenland scenery of the Ouse Washes, where waterfowl, waders, wild swans and raptors are to be found.
