Joe Lumley is third goalkeeper to join club on loan this season

Stevenage have signed Joe Lumley on a one-month deal – the third goalkeeper to join the club on loan this season.

The 20-year-old QPR stopper has joined Boro on a youth loan following an injury in training to Ben Jackson, and will go into tonight’s squad to face Dagenham & Redbridge as cover for Chris Day while Jesse Joronen is away on international duty with Finland.

Joronen himself is currently at the club on loan from Fulham, while Crystal Palace goalkeeper Chris Kettings had a spell at Stevenage earlier this season.
