Boro boss expected to have meeting with Peter Risdale ‘within next 24 hours’
Preston North End chairman Peter Risdale has confirmed the club have approached Stevenage and says that he hopes to speak to manager Graham Westley within the next 24 hours.
Speaking on the official Preston website, Risdale said: “Following Stevenage FC’s announcement on their website we can confirm that we have approached Stevenage FC for permission to talk to their football manager Graham Westley about our managerial vacancy.
“We are hoping to be in a position to meet with Graham Westley within the next 24 hours.”
