POLICE are treating a fire that destroyed seven vehicles worth over �50,000 at a farm in the early hours of this morning (Monday) as possible arson.
Fire swept through an area of A1 Car Recovery at Etonbury Farm, Arlesey Road, Stotfold, destroying a heavy goods vehicle, two vans and four cars. Other vehicles were also vandalised.
This afternoon police asked the public to help them with their inquiries saying they are treating the fire as suspicious.
Firefighters were called to the farm at just after midnight and were fighting the blaze for almost two hours.
Anyone with information about the blaze or who saw anything suspicious around the farm before the fire was spotted at 12.35am should contact Pc Louise Granger on 01234 841212.
