MORE than 100 cannabis plants were seized by police at an industrial unit in Stevenage on Monday, it was revealed this afternoon (Wednesday).
Officers went to the property in Todds Green at 2.30pm following reports of suspicious behaviour.
Dc Jeanette Walker, who is investigating, said: "This is a large seizure of cannabis. Officers removed the plants from the property and they will now be destroyed.
"Our enquiries into these incidents are ongoing and I would like to appeal to anyone who may have seen any vehicles coming and going at unusual times of the day or night, or anyone who may have any information about anyone involved in this factory to contact police."
