Police search for man allegedly carrying a knife in Stevenage

POLICE have launched a search for a man believed to be carrying a knife in Stevenage this afternoon (Wednesday).
An onlooker contacted police at around 12pm after they thought they saw a man holding an implement in Stevenage town centre.
The police search is ongoing.
