Police have released CCTV images after a theft in a Waitrose store.

Police investigating a theft that took place in Waitrose on Bedford Road in Hitchin last Thursday have released CCTV images of a man they wish to speak to in relation to the incident.

The incident took place at around 1.20pm when a man’s wallet was stolen from the jacket he was wearing.

Anyone with information is asked to contact investigating officer PC Netar via the non-emergency number 101 citing crime reference number G1/14/646.
