Police have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with a spate of seven thefts from cars and vans in Letchworth in a single night.
Sat navs, cash and other items were taken in the spree of seven thefts and one attempted theft on the night of Monday, May 9 and into the following morning.
The incidents took place in Pixmore Avenue, Station Road, Broughton Hill, Glebe Road, Baldock Road, School Walk and Ridge Road.
Sgt Alan Clarke, from the Letchworth and Baldock safer neighbourhood team, said: “I would like to speak to the man pictured as he may have information which could assist the investigation.
“I am appealing for him to come forward and for anyone who recognises this man, or has any other information about these incidents, to contact me.”
