SIX people, including four police officers, were left injured after a fight broke out in Hitchin at the weekend.
The four officers, along with a doorman and a member of the public, were left injured in the incident, which happened on Saturday at around 11pm, outside Bliss nightclub.
The doorman had to have surgery to his head.
Three men from Hitchin – a 23, 25 and 27-year-old – and one 22-year-old from Coventry have been arrested in connection with the incident and have been released on police bail.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the attack. Anyone with information can call the non-emergency number 101.
