Members of the public are being asked to keep an eye out for an elderly man wearing only a hospital gown who has gone missing from the Lister Hospital.
Peter Botley was reported missing at 12.15pm today, Sunday.
Members of Neighbourhood Watch groups across the town have been asked to spread the word and keep their eyes peeled for the slightly-built missing man, who is 84, 5ft 7ins tall, and has grey, receding hair.
Anyone who sees him should call 999.
