Police ‘growing increasingly concerned’ for missing Cheryl from Welwyn Garden City

Police are continuing the search for missing Cheryl Hyatt today and are re-appealing for the public’s help to trace her.

Cheryl, 52 who lives in Welwyn Garden City, went missing from Stevenage at around 12.30pm yesterday.

Enquiries have now established that she was last seen on a bus in Leverstock Green yesterday afternoon, heading in the direction of Hemel Hempstead, however it is not currently known which stop she got off at.

Cheryl is described as white, around 5ft 6in tall, of slim build, with long dark hair.

She was last seen wearing a black top, blue trousers, a black coat and black shoes.

She may be in the Three Rivers area of Hertfordshire or may have travelled to Kent or York.

Officers are growing concerned for Cheryl’s welfare and anyone who sees her, or knows of her whereabouts, is asked to contact police on 101 straight away.
