Police have been called to a multi-story car park in Stevenage town centre after reports of concern for a woman’s welfare.

Officers were called at 1.18pm today amid concerns about the safety of a 20-year-old woman at the Westgate Shopping Centre car park.

Officers remain at the scene and an area around the car park has been cordoned off.
