Police car chase ends in Stevenage arrest

A man has been arrested following a car chase in Stevenage today (Thursday).
The pursuit began at 1pm when a vehicle in Homestead Moat, Stevenage, failed to stop.
The driver, 19, was arrested for a driving offence, believed to be driving without insurance.
