A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Leon Doherty, who is 24 and from Stirling Close in Stevenage.
He failed to appear at North Herts Magistrates' Court in May in relation to a theft offence.
If members of the public have any information on his whereabouts they should contact police on 01438 75 7070/7040/7041 during office hours, or the Hertfordshire Constabulary non-emergency number on 0845 33 00 222 out of hours. Alternatively call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
Hertfordshire Constabulary advises members of the public that if they see him not to approach him but to call police immediately.
