A Hitchin man has been arrested on suspicion of indecently exposing himself up against a window – and police have today appealed for witnesses.
It is alleged that a man was seen touching himself inappropriately at the window of an address in Walsworth Road while he was inside at about 11.55pm on July 13.
A man aged in his 20s from Hitchin has been arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure, and has been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
Det Con Natalia Allodi-Robertson, who is investigating, said: “I am appealing for anyone who witnessed this incident or anyone who has any information that could assist our ongoing enquiries to contact me.”
