NEIGHBOURHOOD team officers in Baldock are asking residents for information following a number of shed break-ins in the town.
PC Ben Stacy said: "In the past few months there have been incidents where sheds have been broken into and some incidents of anti-social behaviour at North Road allotments. We will not tolerate acts of this nature and will do all we can to ensure we stop these incidents occurring so that people can enjoy the area."
Mr Camp, head of the allotment association, said: "It would be a great shame if these acts of theft and mindless vandalism were to spoil the enjoyment of the area for local residents."
Anyone with information should call Hertfordshire Constabulary on 0845 3300 222. Alternatively call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
