Police are appealing for witnesses and information following an indecent exposure.
The incident happened last Wednesday in the car park at the end of Biggin Lane, Hitchin.
It was in the morning between 11am and 11.07am.
The male offender hid behind a tree in the middle of the car park, then emerged exposing himself and masturbated. He jumped into a car parked on a double yellow lines at the back of Iceland.
The car is described as a blue soft top BMW, index similar to K30RB.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101 or alternatively Crimestoppers, the independent charity on 0800 555 111.
