Police have allayed fears following reports of a man in a car acting suspiciously in Stevenage Old Town.
Officers were called to the High Street at about 10.30am after reports of suspicious activity outside Costa Coffee in the High Street.
After speaking to a man, no further action has been taken and police have now left the scene.
