THE man with the safest hands at Stevenage Boro is the first winner of the player of the month award in 2007.
Alan Julian won The Comet player of the month award for January for some consistent performances plus an outstanding display at Gravesend and Northfleet.
Julian received his award from sports editor Marcus Crawley before Saturday's win over Burton Albion.
