THE leader of a group of Potton Brownies has been praised for her work.

Kelly Quigley, of 1st Potton Brownies and Girlguiding Bedfordshire's public relations adviser, has been highly commended in the young communicator of the year category by the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) Anglia Pride Awards.

Judges were impressed with Kelly's work as communications officer at South Cambridgeshire District Council as well as her voluntary work with Girlguiding.

"I am delighted my work has been recognised by the CIPR, and thrilled that my role with Girlguiding in Bedfordshire was a factor," said Kelly.
