There is newborn joy at Standalone Farm in Letchworth, where a litter of piglets have been born.

The baby pigs, pictured above with their mum Peppa early on the morning afte their birth, have been particularly popular with younger visitors over the past week.

The farm’s visitor experience manager Vanessa Sawyer told the Comet: “Our little farmers love it when we get new arrivals at the farm.”

The farm, accessed from Wilbury Road, is open every day from 10am to 5pm. For more see standalonefarm.com.
