AFTER months of planning, organising and waiting, the Olympic Torch Relay is finally arriving in Letchworth GC and Stevenage today (Sunday).

The relay will start at about 11.20am in Norton Road, Letchworth GC, and continue along North Way, Station Road, Leys Avenue, Gernon Road, Norton Road South and Pixmore Way.

In Stevenage, the relay will start at 12.01pm from North Road, then travel along the High Street, Letchmore Road, Trinity Road and Sish Lane before stopping at King George V Playing Fields for an hour lunch break.

It will then continue along Fairlands Way, St George’s Way, Six Hills Way and Norton Road before heading off to the rest of the county.
