THOUSANDS of households are set to take part in a town-wide survey.
Over the next year, an independent research company will carry out a survey on behalf of Stevenage Borough Council, asking residents about anything from rubbish collection to parking or play facilities.
The council has been asked by the Government to carry out the satisfaction survey, asking 3,000 households and focusing on three main areas: benefits, planning and housing.
The Government will then analyse the results in order to determine how well the council is performing.
Executive councillor for resources Brian Hall said: "This is your chance to tell us what's good and what needs to be improved so we can provide the services that you want. We need your help to make Stevenage the best possible place to live, work and do business."
