BORO have signed pacey winger Luke Daley on loan from Norwich City.
The 21-year-old joins from the Championship side on a month-long deal after making one substitute appearance for the Canaries this term in a 3-3 draw against Reading in November.
Daley has made 13 appearances for the club but missed much of last season with a thigh injury, and will now be available for Graham Westley’s side until after the clash with Port Vale on Tuesday, February 22.
An academy graduate at Carrow Road, the winger was called up to the first team in March 2008 as an 18-year-old by then boss Glenn Roeder, before making his professional debut as a late substitute in the 1-1 draw with Burnley on February 21, 2009.
In October 2009, Daley extended his contract with the Canaries until June 2012 after playing eight games under their new manager Paul Lambert, finishing the season with 10 appearances to his name.
