A 29-year-old man was arrested in Hitchin on suspicion of robbery and aggravated vehicle taking on Monday, following a wanted appeal.
Police launched the appeal to find two men from the North Herts area on Thursday, October 24.
A 26-year-old man was subsequently arrested on suspicion of robbery on Monday, October 28.
Officers continued to search for the second person, and a man was arrested at Hitchin Police Station on Monday.
