There have been no reports of voters being unable to vote in either the Mid Beds or North East Beds constituencies, despite reports of many voters being locked out of polling stations in East London, Sheffield and Leeds.
"There has been a very high turn out but I have heard of no reports of people being turned away from polling stations although they have been very busy," said Nadine Torries, Tory candidate for Mid Beds.
