ONE of the nastiest villains of Walford is set to quit Albert Square temporarily to be a star of the family pantomime Aladdin at the Gordon Craig Theatre in Stevenage next winter.
John Altman, who is nasty Nick Cotton in BBC1 soap EastEnders, will play the role of wicked Abanazar in the classic Arabian Nights Tale.
He will grace the Gordon Craig Theatre's stage from November 28 to the following January 24.
