LIBERAL Democrat councillors Stepehen Jarvis and Paul Clark have both held their seats.
Leader of the opposition Cllr Jarvis won by 242 votes in the Weston and Sandon ward while Cllr Clark beat Conservative candidate David Leal-Bennett by less than 200 votes for the Hitchin Highbury seat.
