THERE were no surprises in the wards of Arbury, Baldock Town and Cadwell as Tory councillors Andrew Young, Michael Muir and Tricia Cowley all held their seats on North Herts District Council (NHDC).
Cllr Tricia Cowley, portfolio holder for Community engagement beat nearest competitor Martin Stears-Hanscomb by 313 votes.
