A lunar eclipse could be seen across Comet Country on Saturday night. This type of eclipse can only occur when the moon is full and is caused by the moon passing through the Earth's shadow.

The moon then takes on an eerie reddish glow when the only light reaching the moon has been filtered through the Earth's atmosphere.

The eclipse took place between 22:44 and 23:58.
