A hotel has been sold after its previous leaseholder entered administration.
The Cromwell Hotel, in Stevenage, has been sold to West Register Property Investements after previous leaseholder Barinbrook Limited went into administration in February. The hotel currently employs 48 members of staff.
The sale, organised by administrators Zolfo Cooper, was part of a larger deal including four other hotels across the UK.
Nick Cropper, Partner at Zolfo Cooper, said: “We are delighted that a sale of these hotels has been achieved and would like to thank the staff for their support and professionalism during this process.”
