A MURDER inquiry has been launched after a man was discovered dead at his home yesterday (Wednesday) afternoon.
Police were called to an address in Vardon Road in Stevenage at about 5.30pm to reports of a man dead at the property.
Police are treating the death as suspicious and a man has been arrested in connection with the incident.
The dead man is Polish and police are currently trying to make contact with his family.
Police are appealing for witnesses, or anyone or saw something suspicious in the area between 11am and 5pm yesterday, to call the non-emergency number on 0845 33 00 222.
