WHILE most mums were being pampered on Sunday, some dug out their trainers and took part in the first Mother's Day run.
The mum run took place in Fairlands Valley, Stevenage.
Organiser Gina Kelly said: "Mums were out running the mum run with buggies and young children taking part.
"Fairlands Lakes are a great place to exercise, there is so much to do there, whether it be a walk in the woods, jogging round the lakes, sailing, kayaking, or taking your children to the park."
