Preston North End midfielder, who has spent time on loan at Gillingham this season, has joined Boro on loan until the end of the season
Stevenage have re-signed John Mousinho on loan.
The midfielder, who left Boro on a free transfer to join Preston North End in 2012 after two years with the club, has returned to the Lamex Stadium until the end of the season.
Mousinho made 68 appearances for Stevenage in his first spell with the club, and his 11 goals included the strike that saw Boro beat Torquay United in the League 2 play-off final at Old Trafford in 2011.
The 27-year-old has spent part of this season on loan at Gillingham, but his move to Boro, where he will be re-united with manager Graham Westley for a third time, will give the club an added goal threat as they look to beat relegation to League 2.
