Most of us will know that parking near Lister Hospital in Stevenage is not easy.
Often people resort to performing 19-point turns just to squeeze their vehicle into the smallest possible space it could fit in.
One motorist took this art to another level last week when they parked their Smart car between two vehicles and partly on the verge.
The stunt was caught on camera by passerby Raymond Bradford.
He said: “It is amazing what lengths people will go not to pay for parking.”
Parking has caused such a stir in the area that Stevenage Borough Council is currently holding a consultation on how to tackle the issue.
