THE motorcyclist who died in an early morning collision with a minibus on Friday has been named as Daniel Gibb, a serving officer with the Metropolitan Police.
The accident happened at 5.15am on the A507 at the junction with New Road, Clifton.
Mr Gibb, who was 25 and lived in Ashburnham Road, Bedford, suffered cerebral contusions and a fracture of the base of the skull, an inquest heard on Friday. It was adjourned to a date to be arranged.
