A man is being sought by police after a car was interfered with on Cottonmill Lane in St Albans.
Gary Jakeman, 28, of no fixed address, is wanted in connection with a crime that took place on Saturday, March 24.
He frequents the Stevenage area, and police have asked anyone who sees him or knows where he is to contact them on 101 or via their website, quoting crime reference F1/18/1359.
