No, this is not an advanced April Fools Day Notice, for this regular sale of cards, books, cakes, clothes, plants bric-a- brac, refreshments etc. will take place on April 1, at the Free Church between 10 and 11.45am, free admission and car park. On the subject of refreshments and food, every day I try to enjoy something from each of the four food groups - the 'bonbon' group, the 'salty- snack' group, the 'caffeine' group and the 'whatever the thing in the tinfoil in the back of the fridge is ' group - no wonder I am built more for comfort than speed!
