Barbara Alexander from the Money Advice Unit at Herts County Council will be the guest speaker at the July 14 meeting of the Letchworth Gate Afternoon Townswomen's Guild: At the Central Methodist Church Hall, Norton Way South, starting at 2.15pm. Admission 50p - visitors welcome. At their last meeting, the national TG's proposed constitution will be discussed at an extraordinary meeting when the Guild meets in July. Joan Bennett read out the Central Council meeting report and the Guild hopes the sun will have its hat on for the Guild's forthcoming outing to Clacton.
