One of the two 14-year-old girls who have been missing from Bedfordshire since Saturday has been located – but the whereabouts of the other are still unknown.

Police have now confirmed that Alisha Watkins – who was missing since Saturday – has been found safe and well, and a spokeswoman for the Bedfordshire force thanked those who shared the appeal.

Officers are still appealing for help in tracing 14-year-old Elisha Crimmins, who has links to the Croydon, Hastings and Cardiff areas.

Elisha is described as around 5ft 3ins and of slim build, with shoulder length brown hair. She was last seen wearing black leggings, a black puffa jacket and black trainers.
