Mind in Mid Herts is launching a Creative Minds project which will offer lessons in artistic skills and improving mental wellbeing.

The scheme will bring four courses – poetry, mindful photography, pottery and drama – to Stevenage in April.

CEO of Mind in Mid Herts Sharn Tomlinson said: “We’re so excited to be launching the Creative Minds project, which will offer people an opportunity to try something new and boost their self-esteem.
“Creative workshops are a great way to improve confidence and combat feelings of isolation, stress, anxiety and depression.”

Mind in Mid Herts is offering taster sessions this March, 12th and 19th for anyone who wants to find out more.

People can sign up to attend the taster sessions at mindinmidherts.eventbrite.co.uk.
