I would be against the expansion if it were entirely within Bedfordshire on the grounds that this beautiful pocket of countryside should not be destroyed.
The fact that a Bedfordshire planning committee appears to have jurisdiction over the affairs of a neighbouring county, makes matters even more ridiculous.
Surely there is something that the elected councillors of North Herts can do to ensure this proposal is a non-starter?
