If you are living with, or caring for someone who is experiencing mental health problems or if you are feeling stressed and want someone to talk to, then contact Carers in Hertfordshire. This friendly group of people, who are in a similar situation and support each other with professional help, meet on the last Monday at St Michael's House, Norton Way South, between 7- 9pm, go to the lighted door by the car-park and knock quite loudly.
